Marketing Manager

With customer experience (CX) and Employee experience (EX) being at the fore front of just about every company agenda; Solid Rock Consulting a management consulting firm is strongly positioned to offer great value to contact centers and CCaaS tech companies. Much of what we do is behind the scenes work to enable companies to better serve and/or engage their customers and employees through implementing technology, optimizing the technology they currently have in place and building better workforce teams; we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help us generate leads, share our story and impact to the world.

What you’ll do

  • Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets

  • Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels

  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support

  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads

  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly

  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

  • Execute Email, SMS, and other marketing strategies

  • Build or Oversee the building of marketing assets such as: Landing pages, Website updates, Forms, Newsletters, etc)

  • Work with Copy Writers and Designers to develop content that highlights our services

 

What your first 90 days will look like

  • Working with our sales team to review and align our marketing efforts.

  • Optimizing and Revising company website

  • Building Content Catalogs

  • Building Landing Pages & Funnels

  • Optimizing CRM

  • Creating Video Treatments

 

 Who you are

  • 5+ years’ experience in Content Creation

  • Lover of storytelling, brand building and all things Social Media

  • Has an understanding of email analytics and pulling insights from those analytics.

  • Proven track record of driving social media growth and optimizing social media channels that convert to growth.

  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing startup environment, driven and looking to grow at a fast-paced company

  • Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently, while also able to build strong internal and external relationships

  • Has exceptional written content and oral communication skills

  • Will come to the table with creative content ideas

  • Able to adapt their writing style to SOLID ROCK CONSULTING’s tone, voice, and style

  • Excellent at problem-solving, proactively multi-tasking, and the ability to prioritize with precise attention to detail.

  • Professional or personal knowledge of contact centers and their technology is a plus

 

About the CEO

Juanita started her journey in WFM back in 2006 as a contact center agent who found a user manual for the Blue Pumpkin WFM system that the center was using. When she asked her manager if they minded her reading and learning about the system, they unexcitingly said “if you really want, go head.” Just like that, Juanita fell in love with the WFM discipline and was down the road to a new passion.
