Terms & Conditions

General Terms:

  • Commercial Mailing is a monthly service. If your service is unpaid mail will be returned to sender without notice.

  • Mail pickup hours are between Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm.

  • You will be sent a mailbox key via the mail to the address you provided during signup. Lost keys are $25 to replace.

  • All plans are month to month and can be cancelled and/or upgraded at any time.


Mailbox 1.0 Owners:

  • If mail isn’t picked up after 30 days, mail will be sent return to sender unless you opt to have mail sent to your mailing address on file (additional fees may occur for this service). 


Mailbox 2.0 Owners:

  • Mail will be automatically sent to the mailing address listed on file once a week.

  • What is a Mailing Address?

    • A commercial mailing address is a physical mailing address used for and required for establishing business credit. You may also desire a commercial address to keep your personal address with the division of corporation private.

  •  Can I have my personal mail sent to my commercial address?​

    • Yes. ​You are renting the commercial address and are able to send any kind of mail to your rented address.

  •  Can I send boxes to my mailing address?

    • You can use your mailing address for any type of mail. However, boxes and anything larger than a standard letter will not fit in your mailbox and be set aside for pickup. If you like to have your boxes shipped to you this is an additional service fee of $25 plus postage.
