Customer Success Advocate

Solid Rock Consulting is looking for Customer Success Advocates. The Customer Success Advocate role is responsible for listening and advocating for customers to ensure their business needs are met. This Customer Success Advocate is NOT a sales role, this is a LISTENING and ADVOCATING role. Solid Rock Consulting speaks with thousands of businesses a year. This role is designed to ensure we build relationship with them all as needed.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily surveys on businesses to identify operational pain points. 

  • Thoroughly document survey results. 

  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • No experience required - training provided.

  • Sales Experience a plus
